Hand Of Sean was created from the designer’s own handwriting in 2008 for a personal project, but was made available to the public and quickly became very popular. The font was updated in 2013 with redrawn glyphs, improved spacing, better kerning and OpenType features.
NEW OpenType features: if you type two of the same letter, the font will automatically substitute with two slightly different characters to make the font look more natural.
This also happens with words containing the same vowel either side of a consonant, such as ‘solo’ or ‘data’. More…
